Today, County Executive Kittleman shared an inspirational speech with our 5th graders as part of the kick-off to Guilford’s Simulated Congressional Hearing (SCH). He challenged them to do good things for people, just because it’s the right thing to do! Even without expecting something in return. Best of luck to our 5th graders as they showcase their knowledge throughout the day. We are excited to welcome so many parents to watch their children. It’s a wonderful day of showcasing Excellence in Action!
Thank you to everyone who participated in our “Under the Sea” Field Day yesterday! It was a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without your support. We were also excited to celebrate so many volunteers during our Volunteer Luncheon. We truly appreciate all you do to support Guilford.
We hope you will join us for our Night of Excellence, on Thursday, May 18th from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. It’s a great time to see some of the amazing things that have been happening at Guilford. Don’t forget, there is no school for students on Friday, May 19th as we work on classes for next school year. If you are interested in completing a Consideration Card, please find an electronic copy on our website.
