Good Afternoon Guilford Community!

We are so excited its’ now June and the weather is finally feeling more like summer.  We still have two weeks left, a combination of learning and fun-filled activities.  We hope you are monitoring the calendar as to all that is happening.  Just a reminder that some events are open to parents with tickets only and some events are open to parents after signing in at the front office.  When visiting Guilford, please bring your ID to check in, receive a badge, and then you can head to the event.  During these events, siblings will remain in their classroom.  If after an event you are taking your child home, you will need to sign them out before doing so.  Parking is limited at GES, we encourage parents to park in front of the FCC on the grass, along Oakland Mills Road near Monarch Mills, or in the bus loop only between 9:45 and 3:00.  Thank you for following these reminders.

Congratulations to our 5th grade Chorus students.  We enjoyed their spring concert today.  It was great to see the many talented singers we have here at Guilford.  Join us on Thursday, June 7th at 7:00 pm for the evening performance.  Our final PTA meeting will be held on June 12th at 6:30, join us as we vote for many new positions.

If you are not returning to Guilford next year, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.  Have a great rest of the week!
