Our students are truly into the school routine!  Students are participating in daily community building activities, spending time getting to know each other and solving problems using our community circles.  Reading groups have started and students are building their reading stamina, the amount of time they read to themselves without being distracted.  We’ve started our math classes as well, students are eager to show what they know and it’s great to see them already working hard during problem solving.  As we begin band and strings daily instruction, please note the dates your child will need their instruments.

       Welcome to Ms. Chandra Hines, our new fulltime Teachers Secretary.  Ms. Hines joins us after spending many years as the administrative assistant at the HCPSS Childcare Program.   When you stop in the front office, please take a minute to introduce yourself to Ms. Hines.

       Thank you to all the families who have completed their family file.  We only need 41 more complete to reach our goal of 100% complete.  Students who do not have completed Family Files will not be allowed to attend Field Trips.  We are accepting paper copies of the Family File, however that means completing all the information again instead of just verifying the information.  Thank you!
