We just wrapped up our final Back to School night last night with kindergarten.  We want to thank all the families who attended our open house and back to school nights this school year.  It was great to see so many families attending these informative sessions. 

 

We want to thank all the families who have completed their Family File.  Currently we have 84% completed, if you are one of the 70 families who have not complete your family file please do so immediately.  Students who do not have update/completed family files will not be allowed to attend field trips.  If you have any questions, please contact the front office for assistance at 410.880.5930.  

 

As we head into October, the calendar begins to get busy.  Please take a minute to check the GES calendar on the website or using the HCPSS app.  If it’s the first time using the app, you will need to adjust your settings and select Guilford or any other school you want to follow.  Our goal is to keep this online calendar up to date with all upcoming events. 

 

Just a reminder that on Tuesday, October 31st Guilford students will participate in our Annual Turkey Trot race as well as PTA sponsored Fall Fest.  This is an exciting day for our students and to make it happen we need your help in supporting both events.  Be on the lookout for additional information and a volunteer formsfor the Turkey Trot and Fall Fest, we hope you can help.  Guilford is one of many schools that do not celebrate Halloween at school, however we hope you will enjoy this holiday at home if you choose to celebrate.
